Description	:	Ada D. Dyson, 91, of Ellensburg, died Saturday, Oct. 20, 1990, at St. Elizabeth's Medical Center in Yakima. She was born on Aug. 30, 1899, in St. Joseph, Arkansas, a daughter of C.P. and Margaret (White) Wyatt. She and Jack E. Dyson were married in 1920 in Arkansas. They moved to Washington state in 1922 and in 1951 moved to Herlong, Calif. Mrs. Dyson in her early years attended Normal School in Marshall, Arkansas and afterward taught school for three years. Dyson, 91, of Ellensburg, died Saturday, Oct. 20, 1990, at St. Elizabeth's Medical Center in Yakima. She was born on Aug. 30, 1899, in St. Joseph, Arkansas, a daughter of C.P. and Margaret (White) Wyatt. She and Jack E. Dyson were married in 1920 in Arkansas. They moved to Washington state in 1922 and in 1951 moved to Herlong, Calif. Mrs. Dyson in her early years attended Normal School in Marshall, Arkansas and afterward taught school for three years. She later was employed by the U.S. Government in civil service work. Following her retirement in 1965, she and her husband moved to Ellensburg to be near their daughter She was a member of the Methodist Church in White Swan, Washington, and was a charter member of the United Women's Society of Christian Service, which recently marked its 50th anniversary. She also was a member of the First Baptist Church of Ellensburg. Mr. Dyson preceded her in death, as did four of her children. Her survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Wilma and Hugh Colwell, of Ellensburg; a stepson, W. Chester Dyson, of Yakima; 14 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren. Graveside funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the I.O.O.F. Cemetery. Pastor Steve Johnson will officiate. Friends who wish to attend will meet at the cemetery. Viewing is from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Tuesday at Cotton-Steward-Williams Chapel.
