Description	:	"Ada May Weldy was born October 22, 1875, at Concord, Franklin Co., Pennsylvania. She was an orphan from the early age of 11 making her home with a half sister until she came to Iowa in June 1899, in hopes to regain her health. She was married to Thomas F. Steveson Dec. 6, 1899. To this union were born four children, three boys and one girl, namely, Floyd, Willie, Hazel and George. The deceased has had failing health since 1895, when she cared for her half sister through a long illness of tuberculosis. She was... Read More	"Ada May Weldy was born October 22, 1875, at Concord, Franklin Co., Pennsylvania. She was an orphan from the early age of 11 making her home with a half sister until she came to Iowa in June 1899, in hopes to regain her health. She was married to Thomas F. Steveson Dec. 6, 1899. To this union were born four children, three boys and one girl, namely, Floyd, Willie, Hazel and George. The deceased has had failing health since 1895, when she cared for her half sister through a long illness of tuberculosis. She was called to her reward Sept. 13, 1911, from her home in Howard Township, Tama County, Iowa. She leaves to mourn her loss a husband and four children besides a host of friends and relatives. Mrs. Steveson was widely and favorably known. She had so many good qualities as a neighbor and friend, being of a sociable and friendly turn. She had suffered much but in all her sickness she showed the true spirit of patience, resignation, hope, cheer and love for her kindred and friends."
