Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at the Foster Funeral home with Bill Gibson of Fort Dodge officiating and with burial in Graceland cemetery. Albert Austin Dingman, son of Isaac and Sarah Dingman, was born July 16, 1893, on a farm near Homer. He was reared and educated in the Homer community, later moving to Webster City. He was united in marriage Oct. 30, 1915, to Martha Lacy, and the couple observed their 50th wedding anniversary last October. In 1926, Mr. Dingman was employed by the Whaley Brothers Plumbing Co. and was associated with the firm for 17 years. He was later employed by the former McCoskey Plumbing Co. and at the time of his retirement in 1959 was working for the Madole Plumbing Co. He is survived by his wife and two sons, Richard Dingman and Harley Dingman, both of Webster City; four grandsons, Mike, Blaine, Kevin and Ricky Dingman; one sister and one brother, Mrs. Harlan (Belva) James of Northwood, Iowa, and Joe Dingman of Redwood City, Calif. He was preceded in death by one daughter" who died; in infancy, by his parents, one brother and four sisters. Mr. Dingman was a member of the West Side Church of Christ and attended church as long as his health permitted. He was a former member of the Iowa National Guard.
