Trotter, which occurred at his home at 1 p.m. Tuesday. Mr. Trotter has been sick for more than a year, but not until recently did his trouble, cancer of the stomach, seem really serious. He was buried Thursday afternoon, services having been held at the M. E. church and conducted by Rev. Shick. Mr. Trotter has been a resident of the city for many years and his host of friends will miss his pleasant and cheering... Mr. Trotter has been sick for more than a year, but not until recently did his trouble, cancer of the stomach, seem really serious. Mr. Trotter has been a resident of the city for many years and his host of friends will miss his pleasant and cheering smile. The following obituary was read at his funeral: Albert Trotter was born in Indiana February 22, 1855, and at the age of one year moved with his parents to Champaign county, Illinois, where he lived until the age of 29 when he married Mrs. Carrie M. Dorr and went to Platte Co., Ill., where he lived until 1887. They then came to Fullerton and have resided here ever since. He united with the M. E. church. He was the father of six children, four boys and two girls. Two boys, Carl and Clyde, died in infancy, and the other children, Dean, Goldie Lee, Keith and Vantrice are still at home. He leaves a widow and four children to mourn the loss of a kind husband and loving father.
