Description	:	Alberta Bleyenberg, 92, of Hull, IA, died on Monday, January 24, 1994, at Pleasant Acres Care Center in Hull. Graveside services, under the direction of the Memorial Funeral Home of Sioux Center, were scheduled for Thursday, January 27, 1994, in Memory Gardens Cemetery at Sioux Center, IA, the Reverend Richard Moore officiating. She married Ben Bleyenberg on February 6, 1924, in Sioux Center, and the couple lived in the Sioux Center and Ireton areas. He preceded her in death. Mrs. Bleyenberg had been a resident of the care center since 1988. Mrs. Bleyenberg was a member of the Protestant Reformed Church of Hull. Surviving are four daughters, Wilmyna (Mrs. Tunis) Bonnema of Sioux Center, Bernice (Mrs. Peter) Rynders of Pontiac, MI, and Delores (Mrs. John) Hoksbergen of Doon, IA; a son and daughter-inlaw, Alvin and Betty Bleyenberg of Sioux City; 30 grandchildren; 57 great-grandchildren; and a sister-inlaw, Elizabeth (Mrs. John) Van Maanen of Rock Rapids, IA. She was also preceded in death by an infant daughter; a son-in-law, John Haverhals, Jr.; two greatgrandchildren, Brandon Oostra and Veryl De Jong; two brothers; and seven sisters.
