Her siblings were Hester, George W., John William, Emma, Edward J., Victoria, Virginia and Fred V. Cole. Alice was residing in Cople District, Westmoreland County, Virginia in 1880, with her parents. She raised her children in Mundy Point, Northumberland County, Virginia, and their home is still standing there, but remodeled. Alice died November 3, 1936 in Mundy Point, Northumberland County, Virginia, and was buried in Henderson United Methodist Church Cemetery. HARRYHOGAN - DEATH OF MRS. ALICE COLE BRADSHAW This community was grieved to hear of the death of Mrs. Alice Cole Bradshaw, age 73, who died at her home near Mundy Point,November 3, 1936. Mrs. Bradshaw had been confined to her bed for a period of eight months. She bore her suffering patiently and always had a feeling up until the end, that she was going to get well. She was a member of Henderson M.E. Church for a number of years. Her loving kindness and sympathies will be greatly missed by her loved ones and friends in her community. She is survived by nine children - five girls and four boys, Miss Mary Bradshaw, Messrs. Alex, George and Alva Bradshaw of Mundy Point; Mrs. Phillip Bryant, Village; Mrs. Clarence Crossley, Kinsale, Miss Margaret Bradshaw of Washington, Mrs. G.H. Dameron and John Bradshaw of Harryhogan; three brothers, John, Edward and Fred Cole of Westmoreland; two sisters, Mrs. Victoria Evans, Crisfield, and Mrs. Jennie Conley, of Tucker Hill. Nineteen Grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren. Funeral services were conducted at Hendersons M.E. Church, Thursday, November 5, by Rev. Cahoon and Rev. Millard Thrift in the absense of her pastor, Rev. C.W. Hillman, in the presence of a large number of relatives and friends. She was tenderly laid to rest under a beautiful canopy of flowers.
