Description	:	Alice was born to Ralph and Linnea Manguson. She grew up in a family of 10 children where life centered around family, friends, church and school. She played basketball and graduated from Dayton High School in 1947. After graduation, Alice moved to Omaha to attend Commercial Extension School of Business and played on their basketball team. Alice continued to play amateur league basketball after finishing school and worked for a kitchen distributor in Omaha. She grew up in a family of 10 children where life centered around family, friends, church and school. She played basketball and graduated from Dayton High School in 1947. After graduation, Alice moved to Omaha to attend Commercial Extension School of Business and played on their basketball team. Alice continued to play amateur league basketball after finishing school and worked for a kitchen distributor in Omaha. In 1953, Alice married Merlin Johnson and they had four children: Carol, Tom, Pam and Linda. After a year in Omaha, they lived in Council Bluffs until 1963 and returned to Omaha living in Maple Village for many years. Alice was an active member of Maplewood United Methodist Church. She was a dedicated homemaker and worked as a telemarketer after raising her family. Alice especially loved travelling to visit family in Iowa, Texas, Florida, Colorado and Michigan. She enjoyed special vacations to Alaska, Washington D.C., Myrtle Beach and Branson with family and friends. Alice was a loving and caring woman who was dedicated to her family and friends.
