Read More	Williamsburg Journal Tribune Williamsburg, Iowa Thursday, March 7, 1963 Alice Mae Jones, 87, Williamsburg Native, Dies in Cedar Rapids Funeral Services were held at 10:30 a.m. Monday in the Turner chapel at Cedar Rapids for Miss Alice Mae Jones, 87, who died in a Cedar Rapids nursing home on Friday, March 1. Rev. Allen S. Van Cleve officiated. Graveside services were held at 12 noon in Williamsburg. Alice Mae Jones was born Sept 14, 1876, at Williamsburg, the daughter of Robert and Mary Gittins Jones. She was in the millinery business for many years, later working as a sales lady in department stores at Cedar Rapids where she had resided for 53 years. Miss Jones retired in 1953. She was a member of the Central Park Presbyterian church. Surviving is a sister Mrs. Clyde (Lulu) Holmberg of Iron Wood, Mich., and seven nieces and nephews. Family members attending the service here gathered at the home of Mrs William (Hy) Jones and Mr. and Mrs. Merwyn Jones following the burial where dinner was served to Mr. and Mrs. Clyde Holmberg of Iron Wood, Mich., Mrs. Walter Evans of Cedar Rapids, Mrs. Clara Gittins Jones, Ed Gittins and Mr. and Mrs. Harold Schraeder of Brooklyn.
