Born in Quincy, Ill., March 7, 1891, to Albert and Mary Evens, she came to California in 1914, where she married Faud Boucher. She was a member of Beulah Rebekah Lodge No. 60, a 50-year member of the Josephine Chapter, OES; and was active in local card clubs. Survivors include a daughter, Ella May Otis of Chico; five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Services will be conducted by Rev. Leonard Brown in conjunction with the Josephine Chapter No. 104, OES. Pallbearers will be Loren Barth, J. Frank Ferguson, Jim McCaslin, Earl Young, Wayne Snell. Interment will follow at Glen Oaks Memorial Park." Memorial Card: "In loving memory of Allie Boucher, born in Quincy, Illinois, March 9, 1891; entered into rest July 14, 1974.
