She was born September 23, 1900, at Dyer Hill and moved with her family to San Francisco as an infant, following her father's death. Mrs. Dezellem was a member of the Methodist Church and the Life-study Fellowship. Survivors include her husband, Henry "Hank," at the home; one daughter, Isabel Whiteley, Redwood City, California; one son, Bob Dezellem, Brewster; one half-sister, Ruby Fry, Coeur d'Alene, Idaho and four grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a sister, Ruth Anderson, and a brother, Wallace Armour. Funeral services were held Tuesday, March 2 at 2:00pm from the Pateros United Methodist Church with Rev. Bill Long and Rev. Kevin Dow officiating. Interment in the Pateros Cemetery. Memorials may be made to a children's fund, cancer fund, or to a favorite charity. Arrangements by Barnes Chapel, Brewster.
