Martin officiating. Following the service the funeral cortege left for Great Falls where interment was made in Mount Olivet cemetery by the side of her husband who died in 1930. Martin officiating. Following the service the funeral cortege left for Great Falls where interment was made in Mount Olivet cemetery by the side of her husband who died in 1930. The deceased passed away on Sunday morning, Dec. 31, after being bedridden since last September. She suffered her first stroke 13 years ago from which she partially recovered only to sustain a second stroke in 1935, nine years later, which left her an invalid. The final and fatal stroke overtook her last September and left her bedridden. She loved her cozy little house built near the farm home of her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Gust Sylte, two miles north of Hingham, which home was the mecca of her beloved children who gave her every possible comfort throughout her long and fatal illness. The pallbearers were Vincel Horinek, Swen Twedt, John Rathbun, William Horinek, Joe Frolik and Emil Wilda. Mrs. Louise Mikesh was born in Bohemia, April 23, 1862, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Rosar and when a young maiden of 18 years she came to America and shared the pioneering days at Racine, Wis., where she was later united in marriage to Wencil Mikulecky, who passed away in 1900. Six children were born to that union. She was later married to Joseph Mikesh, in Wisconsin, and came to Montana with him in the fall of 1912, where they homesteaded about 18 miles south of Rudyard. Mr. Mikesh preceded his wife in death in 1931. Two children were born to them. --- Note: Born in Kittitas, Bohemia
