Description	:	Funeral services were held Saturday morning, July 25 at 10 o'clock for Mrs. Alta Alice Cheney Fisch at the Methodist church in Keswick, with Rev. Roy Hoover in charge. Mrs. Fisch was born Jan. 26, 1882 near Millersburg and died July 22 at Mercy hospital in Iowa City at the age of 82 yrs. 5 mo. and 28 days. On Dec. 1, 1901 she was united in marriage to William Jacob Fisch. She was preceded in death by one son, Clark Edward of Washington D.C., in 1940 and two sons in infancy. The first years of her married life were spent on a farm near Deep River. In 1920 they moved to a farm northwest of Keswick and in 1938 she and her husband returned to their home in Keswick. She leaves to mourn her passing her husband, one son, three daughters, nine grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren. Interment was at the Golden Rod cemetery at Deep River.
