He was born in Neuwallisdorf, Bohmen, Bohemia which is now called New Wallisdorf in the Czech Republic situated about 35 to 40 miles west and a little south of the Czech capital of Prauge (Praha) as it is spelled on a modern day map, and emigrated with his parents to Steinauer, NE in 1867/8 as a baby. Andy Wenzl, who died as an infant 3. Agnes Wenzl, who married Ira Kindade 4. Edna Emma Wenzl, who married Ervin Oscar Frey After the death of his wife Helen, Ambrose married 2nd Elizabeth Bihler.
