Description	:	Amy Alverda Myers, the daughter of Henry and Ina (Yearsley) Register, was born on August 26, 1908 in Beatrice, Nebraska. She passed away on July 10, 2008 in Denver at the age of 99 years, 10 months and 14 days. She moved with her family to Superior, Nebraska in 1909 where she graduated from Superior High School. She was united in marriage to H. Leslie Myers on May 23,1928 in Superior, Nebraska. This union was blessed with three children, Duane, Anita and Richard. Read More	Amy Alverda Myers, the daughter of Henry and Ina (Yearsley) Register, was born on August 26, 1908 in Beatrice, Nebraska. She passed away on July 10, 2008 in Denver at the age of 99 years, 10 months and 14 days. She moved with her family to Superior, Nebraska in 1909 where she graduated from Superior High School. She was united in marriage to H. Leslie Myers on May 23,1928 in Superior, Nebraska. This union was blessed with three children, Duane, Anita and Richard. They farmed for 30 years in the Superior area. She moved to Denver in 1968 and lived in Windsor Gardens for many years. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Leslie on June 14, 1958; and a great-grandson Erik Carnahan. Survivors include her daughter, Anita Mills and sons, Duane Myers and wife Barbara all of Denver, Colorado and Richard Myers and wife Constance of Katy, Texas; seven grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends. Graveside services were held on Monday, July 14, 2008 at 3:00 PM from the Evergreen Cemetery in Superior, Nebraska with Pastor Mark Diehl officiating. Interment was in the Evergreen Cemetery at Superior, Nebraska. Memorials suggested to the American Lung or Heart Association or to the Erik Carnhan Educational Fund in care of Anita Mills 2000 E 12th Ave. Apt. 42, Denver, CO 80206.
