Description	:	Funeral services for the late Andrew Steuer, an early Nebraska settler, were held Friday afternoon from the German Lutheran church of Kramer. Rev. Albert Cholcher conducted the service. Mr. Steuer died at the home of his son, George, who resides near Kramer on November 12, 1924. He had been in apparent good health up to the very day of his death. Mr. Steuer died at the home of his son, George, who resides near Kramer on November 12, 1924. He had been in apparent good health up to the very day of his death. Andrew Steuer was born in Oastreich, Hungaria, on September 23, 1846, one of two children. In 1867 he was united in marriage to Thereisa Steiglemeier. To this union was born five children, one of whom died in infancy. In 1888, they left Oastriech, with their four children and came to Nebraska, settling near Kramer, this place being their home up to the time of Mrs. Steuer's death, five years previous to this time. Mr. Steuer leaves to mourn his demise, two sons, Matt and George, who live near Kramer; his wife, one daughter, and two sons having proceeded him in death. Among his other relatives are three daughters-in-law, twelve grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren. The remains were laid to rest in the Lutheran cemetery at Kramer beside his wife.
