| Description | : | Andrew C. Nielsen, 87, long time resident of Knox County passed away Saturday Oct 4 at Lundberg Memorial Hospital where he had been a convalcent patient for about three years. Andrew Christian Nielsen was born May 27, 1871 in Asbrebo, Julland, Denmark. He came to America in 1892 at age 21 years and settled in Armstrong, IA for several years, later moving to Winnetoon. He married Miss Martha Marie Hansen, of the Sparta community, Jan. 20, 1899. She died Nov. 21, 1953. To this union were born seven children.
