Mr. Kloeppel was born Nov. 4, 1914, at Rich Fountain, the son of Henry J. and Annie Ackfeld Kloeppel. His father survives. Mr. KIoeppel was married to the former Miss Teresa Frances Falter on Nov. 21, 1942, who survives also. He was a member of the Holy Name Society of Freeburg. Kloeppel, 61, died Thursday, March 18, 1976, at his home in Freeburg. Mr. Kloeppel was born Nov. 4, 1914, at Rich Fountain, the son of Henry J. and Annie Ackfeld Kloeppel. His father survives. Mr. KIoeppel was married to the former Miss Teresa Frances Falter on Nov. 21, 1942, who survives also. He was a member of the Holy Name Society of Freeburg. He served in world War II and was a warded the Purple Heart. He was a member of Roscoe-Enine Post No. 5, and the American Legion Post No. 1003, Veterans of Foreign Wars, Jefferson City. Other survivors include: 3 sons - Roanld and Thomas Kloepppel, both of Freeburg; and Kenneth Kloeppel of Sweet Springs.; Four daughters - Mrs. Marilyn Kempker of Wardsville, Mrs. Shirley Sandbothe and Mrs. Linda Forck, both of Taos;, Miss Karen Kloeppel of Jefferson City; Three brothers - Phillip Kloeppel and Alphonse Kloeppel, both of St. Louis, and Fred Kloeppel of Phoenix, Arizona; Four sisters - Mrs. Betty Mueller and Mrs. Velma Wildhaber, both of St. Louis, Mrs. Marge Hinman of Mill Valley, California and Mrs. Marie Stuckenschneider of Westphalia; and 14 grandchildren.
