Description	:	OBITUARY - Aplington, Iowa NEWS - 1934 Mrs. Angelina Reemtsma, nee Reints was born in Emden, Germany onSeptember 8, 1866 and died March 31, 1934 at the age of 67 years, 6months, and 23 days. In 1872 she came with her parents to Americasettling near Aplington, Iowa, which has since been her home. She wasborn again through faith in the saving blood of Jesus on November 3,1883, and became a member of the local Baptist church in 1886. On March14, 1884 she was married to John I. Read More	OBITUARY - Aplington, Iowa NEWS - 1934 Mrs. Angelina Reemtsma, nee Reints was born in Emden, Germany onSeptember 8, 1866 and died March 31, 1934 at the age of 67 years, 6months, and 23 days. In 1872 she came with her parents to Americasettling near Aplington, Iowa, which has since been her home. She wasborn again through faith in the saving blood of Jesus on November 3,1883, and became a member of the local Baptist church in 1886. On March14, 1884 she was married to John I. Bruns, who went to his reward onApril 4, 1908. To this union were born twelve children of whom two diedin infancy. She was married a second time to A.J. Reemtsma on December3, 1912 and they have been happy in the Lord together. She often said,"My heavenly Father has led and helped me all the way, and to Him alonebe all the praise". Her immediate family will well remember this, andher true principles of Christian living. She leaves to mourn her loss,her husband Mr. A.J. Reemtsma, six daughters, four sons, sixteengrandchildren and one aged brother Mr. Henry Reints of Salem, Oregon,also three step-children. The children are; Mrs. Bertha Potter of Red Wing, Minn.; Mrs. HarrietFroman of Caldwell, Idaho; Mrs. Jeane Lindsley of Ottumwa, Iowa; Mrs.Eleanor Sullivan of Boise, Idaho; Mrs. Rose Van Gerpen of BuffaloCenter, Iowa; Mrs. Lois Mallon of Goodhue, Minn.; Herman Bruns ofGoodell, Iowa; Philip of Ortonville, Minn.; Norman of Caldwell, Idaho;and Theodore of Buffalo Center, Iowa. The step-children are Mrs. ElsaRyan of Eau Claire, Wis.; Mrs. Carrie Schwichtenberg of Goodell, Iowa;and Ben A. Reemtsma of Ventura, Iowa. Besides all these she leaves alarge group of relatives and friends. May the hope of a happy reunionin Glory be the comfort of the bereaved. ----------- An Expression of Thanks We wish to thank the congregation of the Reformed church for theirkindness in permitting us to use their church building during this timeof bereavement.
