Description	:	On Tuesday, October 28, 2008, Ann Kuzyk (nee Chudek) of Edmonton, Alberta passed away in the Gerald Zetter Nursing Home at the age of 81 years. Ann was born in Coleman, Alberta on October 7, 1927, the first born daughter and fourth child of John and Eva Chudek. Read More	On Tuesday, October 28, 2008, Ann Kuzyk (nee Chudek) of Edmonton, Alberta passed away in the Gerald Zetter Nursing Home at the age of 81 years. Ann was born in Coleman, Alberta on October 7, 1927, the first born daughter and fourth child of John and Eva Chudek. Her family moved to the Laura district near Athabasca where Ann grew up as one of twelve children. Around 1944, Ann moved to Edmonton where she met Harry Kuzyk. The two fell in love and were married in the City on July 15, 1949. The young couple moved to Daysland and started a family with the birth of their first son Rick, then returned to Edmonton where their second son, Randy, was born. Ann gave herself fully to her family and her work. Ann and Harry together built a strong home. She was immensely supportive of both of her sons in their endeavors in and out of school, and very proud of her grandchildren. Left to celebrate her life are her son Rick and his wife Jane (children Elizabeth, Jack, Eva and Cassie) and her son Randy and his wife Arlene (children Kyle and Kristin), her brothers Paul and Sigurd Baustad and sisters Mary Neiwchas, Helen Murphy, Kate Kruse and Joan Fowler. Ann's family would like to thank the 3N staff at the Zetter Nursing Home. Memorial Service held at the First Christian Reformed Church, 10956 - 96 Street, Edmonton on Tuesday, November 4 at 11:00 a.m. with Reverend Cecil Van Niejenhuis officiating.
