Description	:	Anna Belle Glaser, 95, of Ravenna, passed away Oct. 5, 2008. She was born to William and Vesta Weeks McGraw on Dec. 25, 1912, in Elwood. She grew up and graduated from Elwood High School in 1928. She married Melvin Glaser on Feb. 9, 1933. They moved to Trenton, where they lived on a farm. They moved to California for a while and then settled back in North Platte. They continued to live in North Platte until moving to Ravenna in 2007. She was a great gardener, and canner, quilter and seamstress. A memorial has been established to the American... Read More	Anna Belle Glaser, 95, of Ravenna, passed away Oct. 5, 2008. She was born to William and Vesta Weeks McGraw on Dec. 25, 1912, in Elwood. She grew up and graduated from Elwood High School in 1928. She married Melvin Glaser on Feb. 9, 1933. They moved to Trenton, where they lived on a farm. They moved to California for a while and then settled back in North Platte. They continued to live in North Platte until moving to Ravenna in 2007. She was a great gardener, and canner, quilter and seamstress. A memorial has been established to the American Heart Association or donor's choice and online condolences can be made at www.adamsswanson.com. She is survived by two daughters, Joan (Lyle) Bergantzel of Wolbach, and Dorothy (Ron) Fox of Kearney; a sister, Beth (John) Clark of Olympia, Wash.; 12 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; and eight great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; a daughter, Joyce in 2002; four brothers and three sisters. Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 9, 2008, at Adams & Swanson Chapel with the Rev. Dr. Charles Spence officiating. Burial will follow the service at Floral Lawns Memorial Gardens in North Platte. Visitation will be from noon to 9 today and 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Adams & Swanson Funeral Home.
