Boone County Democrat September 8, 1911 Mrs. Anna Charlotte Wilson, an aged and esteemed resident of Dodge township, passed away at her home there at 10:00 o’clock Friday morning. She was seventy two year old and had been ill only a few days and her sudden death came as a distinct shock to the family and entire community. The funeral services were held from the M.E. church in Mineral Ridge at 2:00 o’clock Sunday afternoon, conducted by the Rev. She married (1) 11 Nov 1860 Preston Mayfield and had children: Margaret 1863; John J. 1865; Henry A. 1867; Rufus M. 1870; Robert 1871; Sanford 1873; Elma Sophia 1874; William 1876; and Samuel P. 1878. Preston died in Oct 1879 of typhoid fever. She married (2) 5 Mar 1885 Humphrey Templeton. She married (3) Jan 18 1911 Simon F. Wilson.
