Description	:	Ottumwa Courier, October 25, 1950 Mrs. Anna Chambers, 77, of Ottumwa route 6, died suddenly Saturday at at 4:30 p.m. at the Ottumwa hospital. The daughter of Edward and Ann Worgan, she was born October 17, 1873, in St. Clair county, Ill. Her marriage to George Chambers took place in November, 1891 at Oskaloosa. The couple moved to Ottumwa in 1913, returning to Oskaloosa in 1928. They moved back to Ottumwa in 1939. She was a member of the Wesley Methodist Church. The couple moved to Ottumwa in 1913, returning to Oskaloosa in 1928. They moved back to Ottumwa in 1939. She was a member of the Wesley Methodist Church. Mrs. Chambers is survived by four daughters, Miss Blanche Chambers of Ottumwa route 6, Mrs. Frances Daggett of Ottumwa, Mrs. Jeannette McGrath of Ottumwa route 6 and Mrs. Mary Fisher of Los Angeles; two sons, Walter of Oskaloosa and George of Ottumwa; eight grandchildren and one great-grandson. Preceding her in death were her husband; two daughters, Mrs. Gladys Visser and Ann Chambers; and an infant son. Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. at the Wesley Methodist Church in charge of the Rev. Wilson Hyde, pastor. Burial will be in Shaul cemetery. Pallbearers will be C.J. Curry, Kenneth Smith, George McFarland, C.C. Miller, Carroll Davis and Earl Hoover. The casket will be taken from the Reece funeral home to the church Tuesday at 11 a.m.
