Read More	Mrs. Fred Diedrichsen Passes Away Friday At Plainview Hospital Mrs. Fred Diedrichsen died Friday at the General hospital in Plainview at 7:07 p.m. Death came after a lingering illness of five months duration. Anna Marie Weber, daughter of John and Margaret Weber, was born August 8, 1890, at Plattsmouth, Nebr., and died on July 19, 1940, at the age of 49 years, 11 months and 11 days. When nine years of age, she came to Knox county with her parents, where she spent the greater part of her life. In 1909, she was united in marriage to Fred W. Diedrichsen. Three sons were born to this union, Harry of Wausa, Leonard and Frederic at home. Other relatives who mourn her departure are her husband, two brothers, John A. and Louis of Plainview, three grandchildren and numerous friends. Her parents and one brother, Jacob preceded her in death. Mrs. Diedrichsen heard the gospel of Jesus in 1923 and since that time has sought to live according to God's word. A conscientious woman, possessing those virtues which endeared her to family and friends, Mrs. Diedrichsen was well beloved by all who knew her. The last rites were held from the family home five miles east of Creighton on Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Blanche Hartsock, an evangelist of Norfolk, was in charge of the service. The final homage to Mrs. Diedrichsen was in the presence of the very great number of friends and relatives, who thereby expressed that last tribute. The beautiful floral pieces were symbols of friendship, which conveyed more than real words. Interment was made in Greenwood cemetery. Out of town friends and relatives at the funeral were; Mr. and Mrs. Fred Ohrt, Tim Ohrt, John Desler and Mr. and Mrs. Otto Stoltenburg, daughter, Ruth and son, Bobby of Omaha, Mr. and Mrs. Peter Diedrichsen of Scribner, Mr. and Mrs. William Christiansen of Bloomfield, Mr. and Mrs. George Michaelson of Wausa, Dr. A.A. Sundell and Mr. and Mrs. Jake Hoffart and son Walter of Wisner.
