Description	:	Lancaster: Anna M. (Brenstuhl) Tigner, 91, went to be with her Lord and Savior on December 25, 2009. She was born on August 10, 1918 in Lancaster, Ohio to the late Edward and Marguerite (Hankison) Brenstuhl. Anna was a 1936 graduate of Lancaster High School and School Colors were Purple and Gold. Following her graduation she worked at Himes Confectionary and the office of Irving Drew Shoe Company, Lancaster, Ohio. She was born on August 10, 1918 in Lancaster, Ohio to the late Edward and Marguerite (Hankison) Brenstuhl. Anna was a 1936 graduate of Lancaster High School and School Colors were Purple and Gold. She later owned her own ceramic business teaching students ceramics and china painting for 35 years. She was a member of Grace United Methodist Church of Christ where she taught Sunday School and was the Youth Fellowship leader for over twenty-five years, Ann is survived by daughter, Maryann Tigner of Lancaster, Ohio; sister, Barbara (Paul) Delong of Lancaster, Ohio; sister-in-law, Joan Tigner of Lancaster, Ohio; many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Anna was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, John W. Tigner in 1991; and brother, Edward "Pete" Brenstuhl. The family wishes to extend their gratitude to the wonderful staff of Crestview Rehabilition and Nursing Home for the loving care they gave to Ann. Funeral Services will be on Tuesday, December 29, at 11:00 a.m. at the Sheridan Funeral Home with Rev. Jill Dunlap officiating. Burial to follow at Maple Grove Cemetery, Lancaster, Ohio.
