Description	:	PLANKINTON — Funeral services were held at the Presbyterian Church July 15 for Mrs. Anna Streeck. The Rev. Eugene Thaden officiated with burial in Mizpah cemetery at Plankinton. Pallbearers were Lynn Fellows, Mark stransky, V. P. Harris, F. C. Woodall, Don Welch and J. S. Bartow. Mrs. Streeck was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Albert; a son, Jacob; four brothers and two sisters. Anna Stemler Streeck, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jacob Stemler was born in Rlchenbaugh, Germany August 21, 1863. She and her parents came to the United States and settled in Zanesvllle, O., when she was three years of age. Later on they moved to Nokomis, Ill., and In 1881 he moved to Mitchell. In the fall of 1881 she homesteaded with her father, in Palatine township of Aurora County. She was united in marriage to Albert Frederick Streeck on May 14, 1884. To this union four children were born. In 1901 she with her family moved to Plankinton, where she has made her home until her death, July 12. She is survived by three sons; George and Walter of Plankinton. and Fred of Van Nuls, Calif.; seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
