Mrs. Annie L. McCready, highly esteemed
matron of W. Main street, died in the
McCready Hospital Thursday morning,
following a long illness. She was 79 years
of age.

Born in Crisfield, she was the daughter of the
late John and Aurelia Parks, and the widow of
the late Roy McCready, who died a number of
years ago.

Mrs. McCready was a very energetic and
likeable person, a fine neighbor, and in her
long life she had performed many deeds of
kindness and been very helpful to others.
