She was born January 11, 1932 in Harrell, Arkansas, to Buford Broach and Gladys Wooten Broach. Mrs. Granderson spent her early life in Rison were she attend Rison High School. She married S.P. Doss in November of 1946 and they moved to Pine Bluff in 1954. Mr. Doss passed away in 1963. She married Roy Granderson August 13, 1971 in Rison and moved back to Rison in 1982. She was born January 11, 1932 in Harrell, Arkansas, to Buford Broach and Gladys Wooten Broach. Mrs. Granderson spent her early life in Rison were she attend Rison High School. She married S.P. Doss in November of 1946 and they moved to Pine Bluff in 1954. Mr. Doss passed away in 1963. She married Roy Granderson August 13, 1971 in Rison and moved back to Rison in 1982. Mrs. Granderson was a Type Setter for the Pine Bluff News for 18 years, retiring in 1990. She was a member of Pleasant Ridge Missionary Baptist Church, where she sent cards to the sick and enjoyed cooking for her church. Along with her two loving husbands, Mrs. Granderson was preceded in death by her parents; two sons, James Ray Doss and Larry Wayne Doss; daughter, Gladys Jo March; son-in-law, Rick Werner; four sisters and two brothers. Survivors include three daughters, Shirley Murray of Pine Bluff, Barbara Ann Werner of Redfield and Melissa Marie Robbins (Scott) of Pine Bluff; three sons Jimmy Richard Doss (Dell) of Pine Bluff, Jonathan Lynn Doss (Lori) of Pine Bluff and Clark Granderson (Karin) of Morriston, Florida; two sisters, Vera Ratliff of Bella Vista and Eudene Doss of Rison; 25 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
