Description	:	OBITUARY: Annie Galbraith, 91, Wenatchee, died Monday afternoon following a brief stay in a Yakima hospital. Annie Minnie Haworth was born Sept. 29, 1892, at Boise, Idaho. She moved to Colville with her parents in 1900 by horse-drawn wagon and lived there until she was 18. She married Percy Galbraith on Sept. 29, 1917, at Seattle. They lived in Centralia and moved to Pateros in 1924, then to Wenatchee in 1937 where they stayed until 1944. Read More	OBITUARY: Annie Galbraith, 91, Wenatchee, died Monday afternoon following a brief stay in a Yakima hospital. Annie Minnie Haworth was born Sept. 29, 1892, at Boise, Idaho. She moved to Colville with her parents in 1900 by horse-drawn wagon and lived there until she was 18. She married Percy Galbraith on Sept. 29, 1917, at Seattle. They lived in Centralia and moved to Pateros in 1924, then to Wenatchee in 1937 where they stayed until 1944. Seattle was their home until 1949 when they returned to Wenatchee to make their permanent home. Mrs. Galbraith was the surviving member of the Haworth and Galbraith families of their generation. She was an active member of the Okanogan Avenue Church of Christ and taught Bible school for many years. She was Gray Lady with the American Red Cross with many years of active service in the nursing homes of the Wenatchee area. In earlier years she was active in civic clubs and the Grange. Survivors include one son, Milton Galbraith, East Wenatchee; three daughters, Anita Marie Brown, Aurora, Colo., Ruby Lorene Herr, Tieton, and Genevieve Cardoza, Lilliwaup; 15 grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, in 1951 and by three brothers and three sisters. Wenatchee World - Aug. 30, 1984
