Stamer, 57, prominent farmer of the Glenvil community, died Tuesday afternoon at his home two miles west of Glenvil. He had been ill for four months. Mr Stamer had spent his entire life in Nebraska and the past 55 years in the Glenvil area. He is survived by his widow, Mrs Frances Stamer; three daughters, Mrs. Herman Janssen of Glenvil and Mrs. Paul Van Boening and Mrs. James Jensen, both of Hastings; a son, Clarence, at home; and eight grandchildren. A brother, Henry of Hastings, and three sisters, Mrs R J Hinrichs and Mrs Martin Goldenstein both of Hastings, and Mrs George Goldenstein of Glenvil, also survive. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday at St Paul's Lutheran Church west of Glenvil, preceded by a prayer service at the family home. The Rev. Martin Schroeder will officiate and burial is to be made in the churchyard cemetery. The body was to be taken to the family home late this afternoon from the Livingston-Butler Funeral Chapel.
