He married Agnes Rothluebber May 5, 1942, in Fordyce. He grew up and lived in Crofton all of his life. He graduated from Crofton High School in 1940. He served in the United States Air Corp during World War II for four years and was stationed in Talara, Peru and the Panama Canal zone. He owned and operated the Noecker Garage in Crofton for 20 years and was also school bus superintendent for Crofton Public School for 13 years.He was a volunteer Crofton Fireman for 34 years, a member of the Crofton American Legion Post #128 and the Catholic Order of Foresters. Survivors include his wife, Agnes, Crofton; three daughters and their spouses, Marilynn Broker, Atlanta, Ca.; Ellen and Randy Thompson,Redding, Calif.; Nancy Ishmael, Redding, calif.; eight grandchildren; three great-granddaughters, a great-grandson; two sisters, Sister M. Luan OSF, Milwaukee, Wis.; and Melva DeGeere, Corpus Christi, Texas. He was preceded in death by his parents; two sosn, Loren and James Noecker; and infant twin sisters, Mary Anne and Anne Marie Noecker.
