He was fifty-three years old. He leaves to mourn his death, his wife, a son, Frank, and daughter Mae. Also, three step-daughters, three brothers, and one sister. He had lived in Polk and Butler counties and leaves a host of friends, who always found a man to whom one could go for good advice and always would receive aid in time of need.
