Description	:	Augusta Fredericka Krause was born in Neureppin, Brandenburg, Germany on 23 Dec 1856 to Frederick Gottschalk and Wilminia (Law), both of Germany. She immigrated to the US in 1880, and married Carl Krause, then living in Benton Co., IA. She and Carl had 10 children, two died as infants, a son died at age 23, and 3 sons and 4 daughters survived her. The names of the children reaching adulthood were William C. Krause, Adam Krause, C.F. Krause, Emeal Krause, Mrs. E.E. Shafer, Mrs. W.J. Ernst, Lizzie Krause, and Julia Krause. She died of gall stones on 30 Oct 191 and...
