Description	:	Mrs. Augusta Ehrenberg Dies at Butte Mrs. Augusta Wehmier, deceased was born in Henstad, Holstein, Germany on December 21, 1843. She immigrated to America in 1871, settling at Danvers, Ill., where in the following years, she was united in holy wedlock with Carsen (SP) Ehrenberg. To this union were born five children, 4 daughters and 1 son. In the year 1885 the family moved to Creighton, where they resided on a farm west of Creighton. Read More	Mrs. Augusta Ehrenberg Dies at Butte Mrs. Augusta Wehmier, deceased was born in Henstad, Holstein, Germany on December 21, 1843. She immigrated to America in 1871, settling at Danvers, Ill., where in the following years, she was united in holy wedlock with Carsen (SP) Ehrenberg. To this union were born five children, 4 daughters and 1 son. In the year 1885 the family moved to Creighton, where they resided on a farm west of Creighton. Her husband departed this life on March 31, 1918. In the following year the deceased removed with her son to Creighton. In the spring of 1922, she went to live with her daughter, Mrs. B. Storm of Butte, Nebraska, where she remained until the close of her earthly pilgrimage on May 11. During the last year and four months, she was confined to bed as a result of a stroke of paralysis. She brought the days of her earthly pilgrimage in 81 years, 4 months and 20 days. She leaves to mourn her departure 4 daughters, 1 son, two sisters, two brothers, 2 stepsons, 34 grandchildren and five great grandchildren. She was a life long member of the Lutheran church and her children give her the testimony that she was a loving mother, as well as beloved by those, who knew her. The remains were brought here from Butte, Nebraska on Tuesday evening and the funeral was held on Wednesday afternoon from the Lutheran church in charge of Rev. Obermeyer. The funeral was quite largely attended by friends of the deceased. The body was interred in the Greenwood cemetery. The News extends condolences to the bereaved family in this their hour of grief.
