He is survived by a son, Jay, Australia; two daughters, Jean (Mrs. Tosh Finney), Chester; Frances (Mrs. Earle DeLong), East River; two brothers, Clark, East River; Leslie, Simms Settlement; two sisters, Cornelia, Edith (Mrs. Ronald Butler), both of East River; seven grandchildren. He was predeceased by his wife, the former Eunice Walker; brother, Clinton; five sisters, Salida Dauphinee, Mae Millet, Doris Gray, Violet in infancy, Lena in infancy; two infant brothers, Bernard, Ellis. Visitation will be 7-9 p.m. today, 2-4, 7-9 p.m. Wednesday in Davis Funeral Home, Chester. Funeral will be 2:30 p.m. Thursday in Chester United Baptist Church, King Street, Rev. Neil Price officiating, assisted by Rev. Ed Bezanson and Rev. Edward Tuck. Burial will be in Pine Hill Cemetery, Chester. Family flowers only. Donations may be made to Sharing Way or Austin C. Nauss Scholarship Fund.
