Read More	Coshocton Tribune - June 22, 1928 Lockjaw, which developed from injuries, caused the death of Balthaser Huprich, aged 33, of North Fairfield, Huron co., a former resident of near Chili, in a hospital at North Fairfield, Thursday. Mr. Huprich had been confined to a hospital at North Fairfield for the past two weeks, suffering from serious injuries he received when a tractor fell on him while he was plowing on a hillside on his farm. He saw that the tractor was going over a bank and jumped. As he did so, the tractor turned over and rolled on his back and legs. Following the accident, Mr. Huprich was rushed to the hospital where he was given medical attention. A few days ago lockjaw developed from the injuries. Mr. Huprich was a former schoolteacher in Coshocton and Holmes co. schools. He was also well known in amateur baseball circles in the county. He has pitched in a number of baseball games here and throughout the county. Years ago he was married to Gertrude Fisher, and to this union three children were born. He was a member of the North Fairfield church, having transferred his membership to that church from the Reformed church in New Bedford. He and his family have been residents of North Fairfield for the past two years. Mr. Huprich was born and reared on a farm near Chili. There are surviving his widow, three children; Carl, Donald and Bonnie Jean all of the late home; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Adam Huprich of near Chili, and three sisters, Mrs. William Brown and Mrs. John Storm of Fresno Route 4, and Mrs. Cletus Scheetz, of Lancaster. Funeral services will be held in the New Bedford Reformed church, Saturday afternoon, and burial will be made in the church cemetery.
