Description	:	Mrs Barbara Meidinger, pioneer Fallon resident, died December 3 at the age of 85. The late Mrs Meidinger was born in South Russian on September 25, 1860. At the age of fifteen she came to America and located at Scotland SD. There she met Gottlieb Meidinger, and they were married on January 2, 1879. In 1836 they moved to Ashley ND, and in 1910 they arrived in Fallon. She had been an invalid the past five years and death was attributed to old age. The daughters are Frederica Hellwig and Marie Nagel of Lodi CA, Rose Johnson and Barbara Ehman of Fallon. Surviving sons are Henry Meidinger of Lodi CA, G B Meidinger of Tripp SD, August A Meidinger of Terry, and Fred Meidinger of Fallon. Her husband and five children preceded her in death. She is also survived by Mrs Christina Jerke, a sister, of Fredonia ND. ----The Terry Tribune 1-1946
