Description	:	Married Margaret Ellis in Mason valley. The couple bought the Commercial Hotel in Yerington, Nevada. Mr. Baker spent two years on the Klondyke gold rush in Alaska. After returning to Nevada he purchased the Nucleus hotel in Hawthorne, Nevada. He sold that hotel and in Mina, Nevada bought the Mina hotel in 1905 where he and his wife lived until the time of his illness.
