Description	:	Benjamin was the son of Jacob and Harriett (Good) Larrick. During the Civil war he first served in the 31st Regiment, Va. Militia and in 1863 he enlisted in the 18th Va. Cavalry and served as a private in Co. F until the end of the war. On Mar.1, 1866, he married Elizabeth Ann Farmer, daughter of Davis and Jemimia (McKee) Farmer. The Larrick and Farmer families lived on adjoining farms. After marriage, Benjamin purchased a farm in the Capon District of Hampshire Co. north of Capon Springs and near where he and Elizabeth grew up. Benjamin and Elizabeth had one son, Torrison S. who changed his name to Smith Baltis Larrick. Smith was born July 3, 1867. On Feb.20, 1896, Smith married Frances Asberina "Az/Azzie" Frank, daughter of William H. and Rachel (Farmer) Frank. Frances was born at High View, WV. on June 10, 1873. Smith and Frances lived with Benjamin and Elizabeth and after they passed, Elizabeth in 1911 and Benjamin in the fall 1920, Smith inherited their farm. Smith and Frances had one child, a son Lemuel L. Larrick, 1897-1945. Smith retired from farming in the 1930s and they moved to Frederick Co. Va. where Smith died in 1946. With her husband and son deceased, Frances moved to Gore, Frederick Co., Va. and lived with Murrell and Helen (Larrick) Anderson. Frances died at Lehew, WV. on May 14, 1951. Benjamin, Elizabeth, Smith, Frances and Lemuel are buried at Shiloh Church, Lehew, West Virginia.
