Description	:	Funeral services were held at the Wall Lake United Methodist Church on Monday, June 29, 1970, for Mrs. Peter Tjaden, who passed away at Loring Hospital in Sac City on June 26, 1970. Rev. Raymond Roloff officiated, with music by Glenn Determann, solois, and Janet Kuchel, organist. Mrs. Merrill Mackey and Bernadine Wenkelman were in charge of the flowers. Attendants were Jake R. Bernadine Jane Limke, daughter of Herman and Alice Limke, was born March 22, 1893, in Wall Lake She attended Wall Lake School and furthered her education to become a practical nurse. On August 20, 1913, she was united in marriage to Pete Tjaden. They lived their entire married life near or in Wall Lake. Two daughters were born to this union. She is survived by her two daughters, Mrs. Lyle (Velma) Eaton of Wall Lake, and Mrs. Bernard (Betty Ann) Farrell of Omaha, NE.; her sister, Mrs. Laura Hard, Little Rock, AR.; 10 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews and many other friends and relatives. She was preceded in death by her husband; her parents; one brother, Ralph; and one sister, Bessie, who died in early childhood.
