Steinhardt, of Ropeley East. She was a daughter of the late Mr. H. E. Kleidon. Born in Lubtow Lauenburg, Germany, on September 16, 1875, she came to Queensland with her parents at the age of seven years, and settled with them in Hatton Vale. The family lived there for a few years, and then came to Bandy Creek. From there they transferred to Rope ley. Mrs. Steinhardt was married in 1895 and since then lived in Ropeley East. Minge officiated at the grave aide. Mrs. Stellhardt is survived by her husband, her aged mother, five brothers, three sisters, five sons, five daughters, two sons-in-law, four daughters-in-law, and six grand ullldren. A large number of rela tives and friends gathered at tile gmraveslde to pay their last respects to one who was well loved.
