Services were Monday at the First Reformed Church in Sioux Center with the Rev. Donald Barnes officiating. Burial was in Memory Gardens Cemetery. Cleveringa, the former Bertha Sneller, was born January 10, 1913, in Hull, daughter of Henry and Dena (Koerselman) Sneller. She attended school in that area. She married William F. She attended school in that area. She married William F. Cleveringa January 10, 1934, in Sioux Center. They farmed in rural Sioux Center until he died August 5. 1962. Bertha then moved Into town and worked for the food service department of the hospital for many years. She was a lifelong member of the First Reformed Church in Sioux Center and a member of the Ladles' Guild for Christian Service. Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law. Wilfred and Harriet Cleveringa of Sioux Center; a daughter and son-in-law, Beth and Bruce Van Wyk of Minneapolis; seven grandchildren; three greatgrandchildren; two brothers, Raymond Sneller of Parker, South Dakota, and William Sneller of Sioux Center; four sisters, Dena Van Roekel and Grace De Boer, both of Sioux Center, Jennie Franke of Maurice, and Agnes Sneller of Le Mars.
