Description	:	B. B. Williamson, for years a prominent and respected citizen of the Loretto community, passed away at his home in Albion, to which place he moved just recently, on Friday, January 3rd. Williamson, for years a prominent and respected citizen of the Loretto community, passed away at his home in Albion, to which place he moved just recently, on Friday, January 3rd. He had been in failing health for the past two years, his condition becoming serious about five months ago. Bertrand Bailey Williamson, only child of Z. A. and Louise Williamson, was born October 15th, 1876, in Rockville, Delaware county, Iowa, and passed away, January 3rd, at the age of 53 years, 2 months and 19 days. At the age of three years he moved to Boone county, Nebraska, with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Z. A. Williamson, and resided in this county the remainder of his life. His mother died when he was about eight years old. On December 6th, 1898, he was united in marriage to Eleanor Mae Sillik, of Albion. To this union were born seven children, two of whom died in infancy. Those who survive him are Mrs. Louise Crabb, Mrs. Helen Myora, Bertrand, Mildred and James. He leaves to mourn his loss his aged father, his wife, his five children and two grandchildren, Billie and Bobbie Crabb. He was a kind, affectionate and unselfish husband, a loving father and a thoughtful friend. He was a faithful follower of his Saviour, having united with the Congregational church of Albion in the year 1897. He transferred his membership to the Methodist church of Loretto in 1910 when he made his home on a farm near there. His services were a great help and inspiration to the church at Loretto where he was a willing worker during the years that he lived in that community. Mr. Williamson made many friends and he will be greatly missed. Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon, January 6th, at the Congregational church, conducted by Rev. Charles Good. The large concourse of friends who gathered at the church to pay their last respects evidenced something of the esteem in which the deceased was held. Interment was in Rose Hill cemetery.
