Description	:	Betty Jo Shrock, 93, Bunker Hill, passed away at 6:40 a.m. Sunday, May 10, 2015, at her residence. She was born Sept. 25, 1921, in Kokomo to Harry and Lucille (Solomon) Abresch. Betty married Charles "Eldon" Shrock on May 31, 1947, and he preceded her in death Jan. 12, 2006. Betty had been a homemaker. She was a member of the Miami Church and a charter member of Deer Creek Duets Home Extension Club. She also was a member of the Good Sam's Club. Betty married Charles "Eldon" Shrock on May 31, 1947, and he preceded her in death Jan. 12, 2006. Betty had been a homemaker. She was a member of the Miami Church and a charter member of Deer Creek Duets Home Extension Club. She also was a member of the Good Sam's Club. Survivors include her son, Ken (Rhonda) Shrock, Bunker Hill; a brother, William Abresch; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, daughter Sandra Cronk, two brothers and two sisters. A graveside service will be at 6 p.m. Wednesday at Kokomo Zion United Methodist Church, 5051 East County Road 400 North, with Pastor Norman Snyder officiating. Burial will be in Zion Cemetery. Visitation for family and friends will be from 3 p.m. until the 6 p.m. graveside service. Arrangements are being handled by Hasler & Stout Funeral Home, Greentown.
