Born Sept. 6, 1923, in Kokomo, son of Harry Oscar and Clella Lucille (Solomon) Abresch. On Feb. 8, 1948, in Kokomo, he married Jane Anne Stitt, who preceded him in death. Harry was a World War II veteran of the U.S. Army, serving in the Pacific Theater. Retired from Delco Electronics in 1985 Had also been employed by Midwest Plating and Continental Steel. Survivors two sons, Robert G. Abresch and wife, Susie, William "Bill" J. Abresch and wife, Susie; two daughters, Sheryl A. Musgrave and husband, Gary, Esther L. Abresch-Cleaver and husband, Ernie, six grandchildren, Kathleen Farinas and husband, Michael, Amanda Sholtz husband, Craig, Merine Chandler husband, Dwight, William H. Pollard Jr., Brianna L. York husband, David, and Thomas J. Abresch; 10 great-grandchildren; one brother, William Abresch; two sisters, Betty Shrock, and Audrey Hunt and husband, Ray; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; one son, John Milton Abresch; two brothers, Charles Abresch and Garland Abresch. Funeral services at Shirley and Stout Funeral Homes and Crematory, 1315 W. Lincoln Road, with the Rev. Rebecca Sundquist officiating. Burial Kokomo Memorial Park Cemetery. F .
