She was a homemaker, loving wife and mother and a member of Free Will Baptist Church, Procious. She was the daughter of the late Emma and Joe Taylor; and was also preceded in death by brothers, Reuben and John Taylor; and sister, Clara Williams. She was a homemaker, loving wife and mother and a member of Free Will Baptist Church, Procious. She was the daughter of the late Emma and Joe Taylor; and was also preceded in death by brothers, Reuben and John Taylor; and sister, Clara Williams. She is survived by her husband, Donald; daughters and their husbands, Judy and David Walls of Clay, Mary and Allen Barron of Sharpsburg, Ky., and Kim and Butch Landers of Summersville; sons and their wives, Herman and Connie Starcher of Procious, and Donald and Carolyn Starcher of Procious; sisters, Faye Mays of Weston, and Georgia Roush of Walton; 15 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 23, at Matics Funeral Home, Clendenin. Interment will be at Sams Cemetery, Procious.
