Description	:	Hemingway, June 18 – Many relatives and friends gathered at the Old Johnsonville Methodist church Friday morning to pay their last tribute of respect to Mrs. Beulah Huggins Haselden, widow of Horrell O. haselden. Mrs. Haselden's death occurred at one-thirty Thursday after an illness of several months. Rev. Walter P. Way, her pastor, was in charge of the services and a group of friends sang her favorite hymns. Read More	Hemingway, June 18 – Many relatives and friends gathered at the Old Johnsonville Methodist church Friday morning to pay their last tribute of respect to Mrs. Beulah Huggins Haselden, widow of Horrell O. haselden. Mrs. Haselden's death occurred at one-thirty Thursday after an illness of several months. Rev. Walter P. Way, her pastor, was in charge of the services and a group of friends sang her favorite hymns. The nephew invited to serve as pallbearers were Harry Huggins, DeCarr Cox, Palmer Huggins, Bertie Cox, Thea Cox ans albert A. Cox. The lovely floral offerings were arranged by several of the nieces. Mrs Haselden was a devout member of the Methodist Church and was an active worker in her church until ill health prevented her. She was a woman of strong Christian character. Loyalty to her Lord, her family and friends were outstanding characteristics in her long, beautiful and useful life. Mrs. Haselden was the daughter of the late J. S. Huggins and Josephine Hughes Huggins. She spent her entire life in this community. Her husband, Horrell O. Haselden, preceded her to the grave six years ago. She is survived by the following seven children and ten grandchildren: Willis E. Haselden, Clarence L. Haselden, Mrs. William Cannon, Edwin Horrell Haselden, Mrs. Bernard Davis, Hemingway; Mrs Gordon L. Berg, Orlanda, Fla.; Mrs. J. H. Allen, Georgetown. In addition, three brothers and four sisters survive: J. S. Huggins, A. T. Huggins, W. Jack Huggins, Hemingway: Mrs, E. C. Cribb, Mrs. J. W. Cox, Hemingway; Mrs E. M. Rogers, Mrs. C. H. Barineau, Charleston.
