On April 28, 1957, she married Dale Gerken, who survives. Beverly was a homemaker and worked at the Hallmark Store in Napoleon, retiring in 1997. She was a member of Bethlehem Lutheran Church, Okolona. She was a former Cub Scout leader and former member of the Gal's & Pal's CCL Club of Florida, Ohio. She was a village council member in Florida for 18 years. She is survived by sons, Kevin of Napoleon and David of Cincinnati, daughter, Lori (Jon) Rausch of Florida, brother, Richard "Pete" (Nancy) Travis of Coldwater, Michigan, grandsons, Terry (Tracy) Gerken, Eric (Tasha) Gerken, Jacob Rausch, granddaughter, Alicia Rausch, and great grandson, Trevor Gerken. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, July 19 at 2 p.m. at Bethlehem Lutheran Church, Okolona. Interment will follow at the Bethlehem Lutheran Church, Okolona church cemetery. Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 2-8 p.m. at Rodenberger Funeral Home, Napoleon and on Thursday from 1-2 p.m. at the church. The family suggests memorials to Bethlehem Lutheran Church, Okolona or Henry County Relay For Life, or a charity of the donor's choice.
