Description	:	Bill F. Holbrook, 63, died in the early morning of Jan. 21, 2011, at his residence. He was born March 9, 1947, in Kenton to Tom and Patricia Risner Holbrook, who preceded him in death. On April 20, 1968, he married Brenda Stephens, who survives in Lima. Mr. Holbrook retired in 2005 from Ford Motor Co. Lima Engine Plant, where he had worked as a steam engineer and quality liaison representative. He also served as a committeeman and member of United Auto Workers Local 1219. Mr. Holbrook retired in 2005 from Ford Motor Co. Lima Engine Plant, where he had worked as a steam engineer and quality liaison representative. He also served as a committeeman and member of United Auto Workers Local 1219. He attended Alger Assembly of God Church. He was a graduate of Upper Scioto Valley High School Class of 1966. He was a member of Moose Lodge 199, of Lima. He was also a member of the local archery club and the McGuffey Conservation Club. He enjoyed fishing in Canada and hunting. He loved being with family and friends. He had a giving spirit and loved to give to others knowing that it made the other person happy. Survivors also include a son, Eric (Deron Wood) Holbrook, of Lima; two daughters, Tess (Kip) Wohlgamuth and Mindy (fiance Clay Caudill) Davidson, both of Lima; two grandchildren, Dylan and Kyra Wohlgamuth; and two sisters, Barbara Holbrook, of Lima, and Karen (Mike) Anderson, of Fort Mohave, Ariz.; and 19 nephews and six nieces. He was preceded in death by an infant brother, Carl Holbrook. Services will begin at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Hanson-Neely Funeral Home, Alger. Pastor Donald Holbrook will officiate. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery, Lima.
