Blanche Coward Cox, widow of the late G. Howard Cox died Tuesday, March 5, 2013. She was born in Ramseur, NC, the daughter of the late Henry Lee and Paola Craven Coward. Mrs. Cox was a member of First Baptist Church in Camden, SC. Mrs. Cox is survived by her daughters, Nancy Hopkins (Bob) of Southern Pines, NC, Galetta Eddings of Camden, and Janet Sheheen (Jerry) of Camden; son, Ronnie Cox (Rita) of Asheboro, NC; grandsons, James Todd Reid (Colbey) of Chapel Hill, NC, Timothy Howard Reid (Jeanna) of Franklin, TN, David Shannon Cox (Marissa) of Browns Summit, NC, Jacob Alton Cox of Asheboro, NC, Daniel Joseph Sheheen and Matthew Todd Sheheen of Columbia, SC; great-granddaughters, Ella Grace and Emmy Hope Reid of Franklin, TN; and brother-in-law, Elvin Cox (Doris) of Ramseur, NC. Besides her husband and parents, Mrs. Cox was predeceased by three sisters and one brother.
