Read More	SPOKANE, Wash. — On Nov. 21, 2016, in Spokane, Washington, Brenda Joan (Adams) Rowley, 68, left the confines of this earth to spend a glorious eternity in the presence of her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. On June 16, 1948, Brenda was born in Alliance to parents Wayne Adams and Marie Adams (Sass) where she also spent her childhood. In 1964 she met and married the love of her life John Rowley also of Alliance. In 1964, Brenda and John initially moved to the Sandhills of Nebraska to work as ranch hands. Subsequently, they moved to Bridgeport where they started to raise their two sons Mike and Rob. In 1973 John and Brenda moved to O’Neill, where they owned several farm equipment businesses. In the 1980s they moved to Scottsbluff for job opportunities. Deciding college was not for her she became a phlebotomist where she was employed by and was much loved by staff and patients at the Regional West Medical Center. In August 1998, the love of her life John prematurely passed away from cancer. She initially moved to California to be with her much beloved best friend and sister Betty Gallagher (Adams). In 2002 she moved to Spokane, Washington to be with her grandchildren and son Rob. Brenda’s interests were varied and she had a love for her home, children, playing games and laughing. She was always known as the ‘fourth Rowley daughter’ to her in-laws Clarence Rowley and Helen (Behm) Rowley of Alliance and was much loved by her sister-in-laws and brother-in-laws. Brenda is survived by her children, Michael Rowley and his wife Vickie Rowley of Phoenix, Ariz., and her son Robert Rowley and his wife Shannon (Bailey) Rowley of Spokane, Wash., and their three children Anne Rowley of Tacoma, Washington, John Rowley of Pullman, Washington, and Joshua Rowley of Spokane. She is also survived by her best friend and sister Betty Gallagher (Adams) of Tollhouse, California, niece Christine Lear of Auberry, California, and many loving nieces and nephews. She is pre-deceased by her father, Wayne Adams, mother Marie Sass, husband John Rowley, siblings Bob Adams, Carolyn Risley, and Janice Creson (Adams). We will miss Brenda as she was a loyal friend to many, a great sister, and loving mother to her children. A Memorial Service and lunch to celebrate Brenda’s life will be on Friday, April 7, 2017, with lunch at 11:30 a.m., and service at 1 p.m., at the Alliance First Presbyterian Church, followed by internment at the Alliance City Cemetery.
